What is the cost and delivery timeframe for my online order?
Standard Shipping: R100 for orders under R750.
Free Shipping: All rackets and orders over R750.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note: While we aim to meet your preferred delivery time frame, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with us at hello@pendulumpadel.co.za.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation should arrive shortly after your purchase. If it’s missing, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at hello@pendulumpadel.co.za with: Your full name & the email address used for the purchase.
What should I do if I receive incorrect or incomplete items?
We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please get in touch with us immediately at hello@pendulumpadel.co.za, and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
