Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping costs?

  • Standard Shipping: R100 for orders under R500
  • Free Shipping: All racket purchases and orders over R500

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Areas: 2–3 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 4–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change delivery details once an order has been placed.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before checkout.

What if I don’t receive my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent shortly after purchase.

If you have not received yours:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder
  2. Ensure the correct email address was entered at checkout
