At Pendulum Padel, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to assist you within the conditions outlined below:
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the handle wrapper intact. Items should not show any visible signs of wear or use.
Rackets are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or visible factory-related damage.
Manufacturing Defects:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or a refund.
A manufacturing defect refers to any issue that arises due to a fault in the product’s construction, not due to misuse or mishandling.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@pendulumpadel.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is processed, we will provide you with instructions for the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We will exchange defective or damaged items for the same or similar product if available.
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us for further instructions.
Special Circumstances:
Gift Items: If the item was purchased as a gift, the recipient may receive a gift credit for the return value.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-returnable.
