Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Times
- Major Areas: 2–3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 4–5 business days
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery.
We deliver nationwide across South Africa to both residential and business addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: R100 for orders under R500
- Free Shipping: Orders over R500 and all racket purchases
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The original packaging must be intact
- The handle wrapper on the racket must remain sealed
- The product must show no signs of wear or damage
Rackets
Due to the nature of the product, rackets are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or factory-related damage.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for assessment.
Manufacturing defects refer to faults related to the construction or workmanship of the product and do not include damage caused by:
- Misuse
- Accidental impact
- Court/fence contact
- Normal wear and tear
Approved defects may qualify for:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if applicable
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The incorrect item was supplied
- The item is defective
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product or a similar available item.
